Real life volunteer experiences

I think the kids are learning

Written by Anthony Smallwood

Just thought I would give you a bit of feedback -
Things are going very well here in Malawi. Teaching at the school has been excellent and I think the kids are learning a little bit from my ramblings.
There are 88 kids in my class, but still a lot easier than teaching 25 British kids! As I mentioned I have also become more involved with running The Trust and so am starting some smaller scale projects in the coming months as well as looking to recruit a couple more volunteers through you guys to start in February. The work is hard, but rewarding and it is nice to make a tangible difference however small. I would highly recommend Malawi as
a country and The Shanti Trust as an organisation for willing and enthusiastic volunteers!
