I wanted to say how much we enjoyed volunteering at the farm. It was a very educational, as well as, fun experience. I am also very happy that I took the Volunteer Training Course. It really allowed me to get more out of my experience. I feel like I had a better understanding of how the farm worked and the overall goals. It also made me rethink and better understand my own relationship with food and the earth. It was truly a life altering experience and I would encourage all volunteers to take it.

I am so grateful for being turned on to Permaculture and the like. I look forward to getting home and putting this knowledge to practice.

I miss life on the farm. Re-adjusting to "American life" has been difficult. I find that I have a whole new attitude about life and how I choose to live it after leaving the farm. I'm much more conscientious about the environment when making decisions day to day. So, thank you for opening my eyes to all the world has to offer in the realm of sustainability. The farm has changed my life, and I mean that. So thank you.

"Here is great! Your finca is an oasis of green intentional living and we very much enjoyed learning how you operate. Our volunteer time was a valuable learning experience. We have told many people that the food we had at Rio Muchacho was the best we had anywhere in Ecuador.

"We had an absolutely wonderful time! Everything was great... the staff, food, the cabanas, the work. I would totally recommend to friends with children, I think it's a great learning experience for adults and kids alike. We really had a great time and have already told friends who live here that they should really join the project. Thanks!
