Our ecolodge is a traditional earth building with 18 rooms, situated in a village in the High Atlas, a 4 hour drive from Marrakech. Camp d¹Atta and Camp des Roses are 2 traditionnally built eco-camps with 10 Saharan tents and 7 ³caidal² tents respectively. The Origins journeys at our accommodations are based on Origins¹ 4 pillar-concept:

+ a living culture (discovering the Berber culture via a library in the centre of the lodge or a steamer trunk-library in the camp),
+ the environment (participating to the protection of the natural resources and to the waste management, employing a local team),
+ the architecture (the four-story lodge was built in adobe and restored using the traditional techniques and the tents are authentic nomad khaimats),
+ interaction with the local population (through different activities, a financial contribution clearly indicated in the prices of our journeys is dedicated to local development projects).

Role of Volunteer

Sustainable tourism development projects around our 3 Morocco accomodations, we particularly want volunteers to help us to manage the use of the tourists financial contribution for the local people and to help with community projects. We would also like our volunteers to help with teaching English to our local staff.
