Our resort is located at the Kanha National Park and has been the prime
wildlife resort since 1992.
Kanha National Park - Kipling’s Own Country,
is the setting for the famous Jungle Book. Just a short distance from the main
entrance gate of the Kanha National Park (Village Khatia), The Resort provides
visitors with a truly exciting and rewarding experience. The lodge nests in 6
acres of thick forest and provide an ideal setting for bird watching for a
natural history oriented traveler.
The Resort has been created by a
passion for wildlife, nature and environment. We cater to nature lovers all over
the globe particularly to those who demand responsible tourism. The Resort helps
the local aboriginals by providing them with medical assistance, education,
training and employment. When you come to Krishna, it is not just a volunteer
project; you actively contribute to environment, the nature and the wildlife.
Role of Volunteer
Interacting with the guest discussing wildife,
Public Relations.Overall managemnet of the foregn clients while they are in our
lodge.
We
would really appreciate volunteers with a knowledge of French and who can
drive.
Cost
Our volunteers are offered free food and accommodation in return for there volunteer work.
Travel
We can arrange to pick-up volunteers with prior arrangements.
