Amazon Lodge

Experience Ecuadorīs Amazon in a comfortable way. Our unique Amazon lodge is located in the

upper Amazon basin overlooking the majestic Napo River.

 

The Amazon lodge offers 17 spacious bungalows, built according to traditional architecture

in harmony with the surrounding rainforest. All bungalows are equipped with a private bathroom,

a private veranda with reclining chairs or hammocks to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of

Ecuadorīs Amazon. Social areas are carefully decorated and offer all comfort and coziness for a

splendid stay in the Ecuadorian Amazon.

The Amazon Lodge is a new lodge which offers several activities such as local communities
visits, excursions and  canoe trips. Our mission is to protect our surrounding ecosystem and to
preserve indigenous knowledge and traditions. Also we visit a well know animal rescue centre,
The amaZoonico, which is in charge of many animal reintroduction projects here in
Ecuador.

Role of Volunteer

We have opportunities for volunteers to help with teaching, guiding, first aid, general help and acting as tourist hosts.
