Our philosophy is to provide guests and visitors with intimate contact of nature and the wilderness, whilst using resources responsibly and causing minimal environmental impact.

The majority of the world population lives in densely populated areas under stressful conditions, distant from nature and the wilderness. We want to bring our guests in close contact with nature, to savour its sounds and flavours, look at star-lit skies, become aware of nature's rhythms and thus relieve there stress.

This is why our ecolodge is in a forest and off the main road. There is no vehicular access or radios, television and telephones in the rooms.

Only volunteers with a Dutch passport can stay for over 1 month
