Ecoteer provides listing space to organisations, institutions, eco-lodges and charities that would like to advertise their volunteering opportunities. Ecoteer does not endorse or validate any listings on www.ecoteer.com. However Ecoteer does ask for 2 references which are checked before any new volunteering placements are listed on the Ecoteer database. Ecoteer makes every effort to only include accurate volunteer placement details, However Ecoteer is not responsible for the content of these listings as they are modified by the projects themselves. The information published on www.ecoteer.com may contain inaccuracies, typographical errors and/or outdated information.
Although every effort is made to provide accurate information on this site, all information is published "as is" without warranty of any kind. The user assumes the entire risk as to the accuracy of the information contained on www.ecoteer.com. To become an Ecoteer member a membership fee is to be paid before the user can make contact with any volunteer projects associated with Ecoteer. By making payment you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions detailed on this page. Any payment is non-refundable. If payment is made by PayPal then Ecoteer is not responsible for any losses or damages of any kind as a result of this third party service. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all payment details are correct before completing the transaction.
By receiving payment, Ecoteer are agreeing to provide the user with their own control panel, access to the Ecoteer forums and any promotional discounts agreed between Ecoteer and the partner company. The control panel allows the user to contact project leaders, other volunteers and compile a list of favoured projects. Ecoteer are not obliged to arrange a placement for the volunteer.
The members create their own username and password which is activated once payment to Ecoteer has been completed. The username and password provide access to the password protected areas of this site – personal control panel and forums.
The supplied user name and password may only be used by the individual who submitted payment and may not be distributed or shared in anyway.
Usernames and passwords may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Ecoteer. Ecoteer's decision will be final.
If users forget or lose their username or password then they can email Ecoteer to retrieve their username and password or ask Ecoteer to issue a new account. This request will be fulfilled at the sole discretion of Ecoteer.
Links are provided to other sites from the Ecoteer web site. This is to provide users with additional information that we believe may be relevant to your needs. Ecoteer is not responsible for the contents of any linked site, or any links contained in a linked site. The inclusion of the links does not signify any endorsement by Ecoteer.

Registered users can use the forums feature of www.ecoteer.com to post their details for organisations, institutions, eco-lodges and charities to view. This information is only viewable for Ecoteer members and projects listed on the Ecoteer website. No contact information will be published online without specific instructions from users.
Personal Financial Information
Ecoteer provide payment facilities using PayPal. At no time point in the transaction are your personal financial details shared with Ecoteer. Any transaction is between you and PayPal.
Web Site User Information
